Talson has an impressive resume in the healthcare industry that is continually expanding.  Talson conducts overall project reviews and construction contract audits on projects ranging from surgery suite expansions to new acute care facilities.  In addition, Talson evaluates the development, design, and construction processes in anticipation of multi-year major capital expansion programs. We assess financial reporting, project controls methodologies, contract development for new/expansion projects, procurement practices, and vendor diversity participation. Talson is a member of the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors.
