James Fratoni
James Fratoni, CCM, LEED AP, PMP, EVP, PSP Senior Project Manager
James Fratoni has more than 25 years of experience in Construction Management. His background includes overseeing commercial and industrial construction, working directly with owner teams, and supervising all phases from conceptual stage to building closeout. Mr. Fratoni’s experience and drive in managing out of the ground new construction, major utility plant expansions, and historic office renovations, for both private and government entities has led to two of his projects achieving national recognition. He is a Certified Construction Manager, Project Management Professional, LEED AP, Project Scheduling Professional, and Earned Value Professional. Mr. Fratoni holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Drexel University.
James Lampkin
James Lampkin, RA, Senior Project Manager
James Lampkin has more than 20 years of diverse experience in land/real estate development, architecture, engineering, and program/project management.  He is a registered Architect with expertise in Program and Project Management, able to successfully direct, motivate and manage a project and project team. Mr. Lampkin’s technical expertise includes due diligence, planning and design, construction administration, monitoring project scope and budgets, maintaining schedules, providing quality control and managing staff, consultants and project team resources. Additionally, he has significant experience managing roll-out programs for national retailers. Mr. Lampkin holds a B.A. in Architecture and an M.S. of Science in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Kathryn Martinez
Kathryn Martinez PE, PMP, Project Manager
Kathryn Martinez has more than 15 years of experience as a Project Manager and Engineer. Ms. Martinez has managed a diverse array of projects including software development, hardware manufacturing, and commercial tenant fit-out. Her projects have ranged in size from $5 million to $80 million and have included teams spread over multiple continents. Ms. Martinez brings expertise in planning, risk management, proposal and RFP development, and contract management. Ms. Martinez holds an M.S. in Project Management from Drexel University, a B.S. in Engineering Management from The College of New Jersey, and is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey.
Katherine O'Neil
Katherine O’Neil, CCM, Senior Project Manager
Katherine O’Neil has more than 15 years of project, program, and development management experience for both Owner and Tenant Representation. As a Project Manager, Ms. O’Neil coordinates tenant fit-out to ground-up projects ranging up to 1.5 million square feet. Her Program Management history includes overseeing national retail tenant fit-out and commercial office space accounts. Her technical expertise includes due diligence, lease/contract negotiations, staff management, financial and risk analysis, and design, construction and occupancy coordination. Ms. O’Neil holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, an M.S. in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Architecture from Arizona State University.

Valentine Soribe, MEP Specialist, has more than 35 years of experience in business, project management, quality assurance and control, project planning, and system commissioning supervision. Mr. Soribe has an extensive background in construction administration for multi-million dollar projects encompassing public and private sectors clients. His expertise includes but is not limited to mechanical, piping, utilities, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building automation, TeleData infrastructure, quality assurance and control, project planning, schedule management, efficiency solutions, and construction regulatory code compliance. Mr. Soribe holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Kean University and an M.B.A. from Widener University.
